Go into this with your eyes open — knowing what you are giving in return for what they give you — and you can get yourself some great deals. Note that I do get a small referral fee when you get your freebie.
Piece of advice: set aside an email account that you use just for these deals just in case you start getting promotional emails you don't want. Although sometimes they will send you coupons, so don't throw away the email!
