I was poking around some school supply sites looking for a table and chairs for the boys for Christmas when I stumbled on something called a Toddler Table. It sounded like just what I needed.
Good lord, who is rack-mounting their children? I understand that it is for schools, but what do they get strapped into after lunch?

Oh yeah, I see that. It takes on a whole new meaning when I imagine chips on the table in front of them. And stogies and highballs.
Actually, they have one of these in Rooster's room. They actually like it — when you load the whole thing up and give them all cheerios, lunch, crafts - or read them a story - they're all "in it" together. I think they think it's a ride. It's actually pretty practical.

I thought it looked like something you would use with developmentally delayed children, but I guess not, judging by Oh the Joy's comment. Just a modern version of multiple high chairs, but it does look weird.

our toddler rooms at church use these and the kids love them. What better way to get serious face time with the teacher, eat cheerios, and sing songs.
Hmm, I really don't know what to say. I guess the concept of this table would seem great to some folks, but I agree it's weird and I'd hate it.
Well, I guess it beats taping them to the wall like the emails I've had forwarded a few times.
